Cancellation & Refund Policy:

To confirm their slot in the tournament, teams are required to make a token payment, which is non-refundable.

Teams may cancel their participation up to 7 days before the event and receive a full refund of the token paid.

If teams cancel their participation between 7 days and 5 days prior to the event, they will be eligible for a 50% refund of the token amount paid.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event.

The refund process will be initiated within 7-14 working days after receiving the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during registration, unless otherwise specified by the team.

Please note that the token payment made during registration is non-refundable under any circumstances. Teams are encouraged to carefully consider their participation and adhere to the cancellation timelines mentioned above to ensure a fair refund process.
