Cancellation Policy

How to cancel or reschedule Use the FootballGeek website booking portal to cancel or reschedule your booking. Requests made through the website are recorded immediately. A cancellation or reschedule is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message on the website (and an optional confirmation email). Until confirmation, the original booking stands and fees may apply. Cancellation and rescheduling fees (percentage of total booking fee) More than 12 hours before the shoot: 0% fee. Between 1 hour and 12 hours before the shoot: 25% fee. Less than 1 hour before the shoot, during the shoot, or no-show: 75% fee. Reschedules follow the same timing and fee rules. If a fee applies, it is calculated on the original booking. Refunds and processing Applicable refunds after fees will be returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take up to 7 business days; bank transfers may take up to 14 business days. Exceptions We may waive or reduce fees for verifiable emergencies (serious illness, travel disruption, etc.) at our discretion. To request an exception, submit evidence via the website support form or email admin@footballgeek.in as soon as possible. If FootballGeek cancels If we must cancel (photographer illness, extreme weather, equipment failure), we will notify you promptly via the website and offer a full refund or a free reschedule. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed registrations, travel costs, etc.). Additional notes Changes of location or timing requested after the photographer has departed may incur extra travel or time charges. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Bookings are secured only after payment terms in your booking confirmation are met. Questions or disputes Use the website support form or email admin@footballgeek.in to appeal a charge or ask questions. We review requests in good faith and will respond promptly.
